What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?

  • Please contact your teacher as soon as possible. If the teacher is notified within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, a make up lesson will be given before the semester ends. Teachers will not be required to give a make up lesson if the lesson is cancelled on the day of, and no refund will be issued.

  • If you forgot to notify the teacher of a cancellation until after the teacher has already arrived at your home, there will be a $15 penalty fee to compensate the teacher.

What if the teacher cancelled?
